If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments')
You further agree that your comments will not contain otherwise unlawful, abusive ,material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of Crafts By Mint or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility or liability for any comments posted by you

We do not warranty results that may be obtained from the use of our service
In no case shall Crafts By Mint, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury or loss claims.
SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy :
Monetary refunds are not issued. However, We allow returns for In-store credit. If you experience any unsatisfactory issues such as products broken during delivery transit, sizing etc. Please refer to our Return Policy For instructions to return your package for In-Store credit.
Online purchases: If you want to return or exchange an item, you have 7 days after receiving it to contact us via Gmail (Charmfactory309.314@yahoo.com) for a return label. You have 7 days after receiving your return label to ship it back to us for in store credit or a replacement , minus shipping costs. All tags must be attached, and no signs of wear are permitted. We will inspect your item upon receipt and issue in store credit or replacement items

In-store purchases: Any returns made within 14 days of purchase will only be accepted for store credit. All sales are final after 14 days. All tags must be attached, there should be no signs of wear, and you must have a receipt in order to receive in store credit

*Please note that custom sold items and jewelry are final sale so please be cautious when ordering those items. ( in store credit or replacements are only available )
